UNOA is primarily a function. The function that gave birth to the whole house and its appearance. Adhering to the principle of “inside-out” design, I have created layouts that clearly meet human needs.

To revive the idea of a commune house, UNOA has created spaces for residents on two levels - the ground level under the house and on the third level - the roof, where people can communicate, sunbathe together and enjoy a unique home.

Since the house is a transitional commune, each family has its own three-storey residential cell with everything necessary, including a spacious loggia overlooking the inner plot.
